From the outset, Glen let us know exactly what to expect. He didn't hide any details and went out of his way to make sure we fully understood the entire mortgage process. This included sending us short videos and screencasts of him going through and explaining the paperwork, our loan options and more. He was extremely attentive and made himself available in the evenings and weekends to answer questions. It was not uncommon for me to send him an email at 8:00 at night and receive a reply within 10 minutes.

We had the pleasure of being introduced to Glen Daignualt by our Real Estate Agent Sherri Pinneo early May 2014. We were moving from Connecticut to our retirement location of beautiful, sunny Arizona. We sold our home in Ct on May 8th packed up and headed cross country to find our new home. We made an offer on a house on May 15, 2014 and our relationship with Glen began.

Glen was referred to me from my realtor as she felt he would provide excellent service and professional advice on obtaining a home loan. Coming from out of state it can be kind of scary to search for lenders on your own if you are not familiar with the area.
